FORUM: Typography Today with Russell Maret, Letter Designer & Book Artist

Designing typefaces has undergone amazing changes since the 1450's when the first movable metal type was used. In 1996, Russell Maret began teaching himself to design letterforms, and in 2009 he was awarded the Rome Prize in Design from the American Academy in Rome. Since 2011, he has created four new metal typefaces for letterpress. Join Russell and NOBS to explore current state of the art.

Zoom link will be provided before the event. Non-members please email Freddy@logan.com for Zoom link.
